The stations of the Dr. Karni Singh Shooting Range are ready to welcome the best shooter of the 2017 ISSF Season, as the ISSF World Cup final will take place in New Delhi (IND) from the 23rd to the 30th of October.
Sixteen shooters of Fiocchi Team will travel to New Delhi from ten different countries in three continents, ready to give their best in order to claim the crystal globes of Trap, Double Trap and Skeet events.
The first group of athletes to enter the range will be the Skeet one, as Argentina's Federico Gil and Italy's current Olympic and World Champion Gabriele Rossetti will go through their first qualification rounds on Wednesday 25th, while the final match is scheduled for Thursday 26th at 4:00 pm (UTC+5:30).
On Friday 27th, then, Davide Gasparini and Daniele Di Spigno will compete in the men's Double Trap event, as they both claimed a World Cup medal at the ISSF World Cup Stage 3 in Larnaka (CYP).
The conclusive weekend will see our Trap shooters battle for the women's and men's titles, with six of the twelve participants representing the Fiocchi Team: Italy's new World Champion Jessica Rossi, Lebanon's Ray Bassil, San Marino's Alessandra Perilli, Slovakia's Zuzana Rehak Stefecekova, New Zealand's Natalie Rooney and Finland's Mopsi Veromaa.
Finally, five of our athletes will compete for a spot in the men's Trap final match, taking place on Sunday 29th: Spain's Antonio Bailon, Italy's Simone D'Ambrosio and Giovanni Pellielo, Great Britain's Aaron Heading and Australia's Matthew James Schiller.
