On April 30th, the second stage of the yearly ISSF competition closed in Changwon (KOR).

At the new Changwon International Shooting Range, in fact, the best clay shooters in the world gathered in the five Olympic Shooting events, aiming for the World Cup gold medal and testing the layouts that next September will host the ISSF World Championship.

Among the 20 athletes representing Fiocchi Team, the one that shined the most has been Italy’s Mauro De Filippis, who competed in his first World Cup stage since 2015 and took gold in the men’s Trap event with 45 crushed targets out of 50.

The tally of Fiocchi Team was also enriched by Gabriele Rossetti’s silver medal and Alessandra Perilli’s bronze, respectively won in the men’s Skeet and women’s Trap event. The company based in Lecco currently counts six World Cup medals this season: one gold, two silvers and three bronzes.

The appointments wit the ISSF World Cup is now set for June 5th, when this season’s third stage will kick of in Siggiewi (MLT).
