A slideshow of photos taken at the past Olympic Games will tell the visitors how Shotgun shooting changed during the course of years, using the perspective of a national team that played a decisive role in the evolution of shooting, becoming one of the most awarded branch of Italian Olympic sports.

The exhibition was opened by Fiocchi Munizioni's Commercial Director, Mr. Marzio Maccacaro, while more than one-hundred attending students enjoyed the presence of Rio 2016 Olympic Silver medalists Marco Innocenti and Giovanni Pellielo.

The event was promoted by Fiocchi Foundation, with the cooperation of FITAV, the Italian Shotgun Shooting Federation; the Municipality of Vercelli; Eastern Piemonte University; CUSPO; and with the support of MIUR, the Italian Ministry of University and Research. Students and participants also had the chance to sit face to face with the two multi-decorated shooters, asking questions while being moderated by tv personality and shooting sport enthusiast Valerio Staffelli.

On June 7th, then, the students will have the chance to practically approach shotguns and clay targets, as they will attend a training session at the San Giovanni Shooting Range, followed and assisted by qualified trainers and professional shooters.
