Fiocchi Munizioni would like to congratulate Fiocchi shooter Abbey Burton-Ling (Great Britain), who claimed another international success this weekend by climbing atop of the podium at the 2017 World Universal Trench Championships in Megeve (France).
With a final score of 187 hits out of 200 targets, the 30-year old athlete from Great Britain pocketed the brightest medal in the Ladies event, overscoring Italy's Deniela Mazzocchi (Silver with 184 hits + 25 hits in the barrage) and France's Stephanie Neau (Bronze with 184 hits and 22 hits in the barrage). Burton-Ling also drove Great Britain onto the second step of the Teams' event podium.
This is the second important international success clinched by Abbey in this discipline in 2017, following the European title won in Lonato (Italy) last June, when she scored 193 targets to finish in the spotlight.
Great Britain's flag bearer celebrated the victory by sharing the podium with her baby daughter Amy.
Congratulations!
